Winner of a coin flip will have possession of the ball first.
Substitutions may be made at any dead ball and after any made basket. Players must enter and exit the game from next to the scoreboard on their team side when the ref signals for them. No substitutions in the last 30 seconds of the game unless for injured player.
Two points per basket; three points for baskets beyond the 3-pt arc.
SHOOTING FOULS:
NON-SHOOTING FOULS:
After the seven minute mark, the ball will change possession. Points will be awarded in the final 2 minutes for non-shooting defensive fouls as follows:
UNSPORTSMAN-LIKE CONDUCT OR TAUNTING WILL NOT BE TOLERATED. It is the discretion of the referee to assess technical fouls (two points and ball to same team) for taunting, flagrant fouls or any form of unsportsmanlike conduct (e.g., excessive fouling, intentional delay of game). Any player or coach receiving two technical fouls in a game is suspended for a minimum one game and may be suspended for the remainder of the tournament.
Games tied at the end of regulation will be completed using a 1 minute run-time overtime period. The same rules apply as the final 2 minutes of the game. Should it go into 3 OTs, the first team to score wins.
